The Aroma Company

At Aroma, we specialise in the design and production of espresso pod machines totally Made in Italy. We research and devise innovative and smart solutions to make our machines more and more appreciated both in Italy and abroad. We are a young company and for this reason we are able to renew ourselves and adapt to the ever more demanding market requirements. We never stop!

The idea of opening our company came from two fundamental elements: a deep love for coffee and a long-standing friendship. It was 2008 when Giuseppe De Mauro, our founder, decided to open a new business with a childhood friend. Initially, he invested in the resale of espresso coffee pods and machines. This experience allowed him to observe the sector from close quarters, study a wide range of models and thus refine his knowledge to understand what improvements were needed to the dispensing systems of the time.

After a year, Giuseppe decided to hand over the business to his partner and return to his homeland to his family. Once back home, he continued to study increasingly innovative dispensing systems, which over the years have been approved and patented. Today the company is run by Caterina and Martina De Mauro, two young women who have chosen to carry on the family business following their father’s example of research and innovation.

Our mission is one: to take Aroma and the pod system further and further afield. Proudly exporting the true ‘Made in Italy’ of craftsmanship and professionalism all over the world.

Supervised by an impartial body, the certified company is organized to keep all aspects of the business under control and ensure reproducibility of performance to maintain and especially improve the quality standards delivered.

Customer Care Manager. Takes care of customers after the sale. She is the contact person for service and repairs.

Giuseppe

Founder of the company and developer of innovative solutions. He is the owner of all Aroma patents and the main point of contact in the company.

Nicola

Warehouse Manager. He is in charge of inbound and outbound logistics. He also coordinates all production lines.

Luca

General Manager and Operational Problem Solver. Responsible for incoming quality control.

Crescenzo

Co-Warehouse Manager. He follows your orders in production and takes care of logistics.

Raffaele

Horeca Production Manager. He is your technical reference.

Gianni

Export Manager. He defines commercial actions and policies for the proper development of foreign markets.

Serena

Marketing Specialist. She deals with every aspect of corporate marketing and communication.
